The Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Conference 2021, focusing on developing smart, green and high-end manufacturing, was held on September 9. 

Changzhou, oriented towards an international star city of intelligent manufacturing and a pivotal hub in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region, has stressed efforts to promote the implementation of the “532” strategy with the following targets:

- A hub for transportation, innovation, industrial and environmental development, and cultural tourism; 

- A center for industrial sci-tech innovation, modern logistics and leisure tours in the YRD; and 

- A demonstration area for integrated urban-rural development and development-safety balance.

During the conference, keynote speeches were given by experts from the School of Automation of the Southeast University, Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute, Beihang Changzhou AIoT Innovation Center, and many other institutes.

Representatives of the participating enterprises and institutes also discussed the best solutions for industrial transformation, smart factory construction, talent cultivation, etc.
