On the afternoon of January 20th, Changzhou held the Recognition Ceremony for the Construction of "National Civilized City" in the Olympic Sports Center to celebrate this great honor, to praise the citizens' contribution and to enjoy the hard-won success after a 10-year run.    
　　Leaders of the Municipal Committee of CPC, Municipal People's Congress, Municipal Government and Municipal Committee of CPPCC were present at the ceremony.
